Information theory studies uncertainty and how changes of uncertainty relate to correlations. The study of information revolutionised our world, allowing us to communicate efficiently, store data safely and process information at unprecedented speeds. Within the gravity laboratory, we are interested in measurements of information-theoretical quantities in analogue systems of fluids and superfluids for purposes of fundamental physics - learning about their connectivity, correlations and communication capabilities.
