We are delighted to share that our PhD student, Maciej Tomasz Jarema, recently won an award for the best poster presentation at the QTFP Community Meeting in Glasgow. Maciek earned this award for his scientific poster about a possible way of measuring information in thin film superfluid helium simulators of scalar quantum fields. In the poser, Maciek explains how possible future experiments could inform the scaling of entropy and mutual information; leading to observations of area laws.
