We are very proud to share that our member Dr. Chris Goodwin was named the winner of this year’s Osborne Reynolds Competition, held at the The University of Manchester, by the European Research Community on Flow, Turbulence and Combustion. The competition allows selected PhD and Post doctoral researchers from across the UK to showcase their work before a panel of leading researchers and members of the ERCOFTAC committee. His work on quantum turbulence in superfluid helium brought a fresh perspective to the community by introducing superfluid turbulence to the classical fluid dynamics community.
